Trash

Common household trash (no bulk, furniture or yard refuse) shall not be placed before 6PM Wednesday night for Thursday morning trash pickup.Recyclables should be placed no earlier then 6PM Sunday for Monday morning pick up. Be advised, recyclables should be in recyclable material not in plastic bags. See this website https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov for information on Yard pick up and other useful tips. Please make sure that your recyclables and trash are placed in proper containers, so they do not wind up all over our neighborhood. Be advised that if these regulations are not met a fine of no less then $50 and nogreater then $250 will be charged with the addition of any any removal charges. This will be charged directly to the property owner.

Speed Limits & Pets

Please be respectful of your speed in the neighborhood. Pets haves have been injured and killed and children have had near misses. Thank you. Pets must be leashed and must be picked-up after. 2 Doggy Bins have been installed on site for pet waste.
